My boyfriend and I are coming up on our anniversary and this year I decided I would give him a painting. I knew it had to be something Razorback related which is very fitting considering our anniversary is September 4, which just so happens to also be the first football game.

As a graphic designer I love typography, so this one was really fun for me to do. I had him pick out which phrases he wanted and then I chose the fonts and composition and then began painting from there. I have always wanted to try the distressed look, but I am a bit of a perfectionist so have been hesitant to actually do it. BUT, I thought this would be the perfect time to try it, so I went for it. I'm glad I did because of love this look. I'll admit it was a bit stressful trying to make something imperfect, but worth it in the end.
